摘要
班杜拉自我效能理论认为个体成败经验、替代性经验、社会评价与说服及生理与心理状态等因素会影响个体效能的构建。针对当前高校辅导员面临的社会认同度低、职业倦怠及成就感低等问题,运用班杜拉自我效能理论,以促进高校辅导员队伍职业能力建设为着眼点,提出提升高校辅导员职业能力的若干途径,为推动高校辅导员队伍职业能力建设提供建议。
Bandura’s self-efficacy theory holds that individual success or failure experience,vicarious experience,social evaluation and persuasion,and physiological and psychological states will affect the construction of individual efficacy.In view of the low social identity,job burnout and low sense of achievement faced by college counselors,based on Bandura’s self-efficacy theory,this paper aims at promoting the vocational ability construction of college counselors,puts forward some approaches to improving their vocational ability,and provides some suggestions for promoting the vocational ability construction for them.
