脂肪肝患者生命质量量表的测量学特性评价

Evaluation on psychometric properties of QQL scale for with fatty liver patients

[目的]对慢性病患者生命质量测定量表体系之脂肪肝量表QLICD-FLD(V2.0)的测量学特性进行分析评价。[方法]采用Cronbachα系数和Spearman相关系数评价量表的内部一致性信度和分半信度,通过相关分析和因子分析评价量表的结构效度,采用相关分析评价效标效度。[结果]QLICD-FLD(V2.0)量表除生理功能外,其余领域内部一致性信度α和分半信度均大于0.7,总量表的克朗巴赫系数α和分半信度分别为0.91和0.92。除了条目“生活乐趣(GPS3)”,其它条目与对应的领域相关系数均在0.3以上。共性模块和特异模块因子分析方差累计贡献率分别为73.10%和59.01%,除了条目“恐惧疾病(GPS9)”外,其余条目因子载荷系数均在0.5以上。用作校标的自我评价的两个反映总体健康状况和幸福感条目G1、G2与总量表的相关系数分别为0.44和0.26。[结论]量表具有较好的信度和效度,可用于脂肪肝患者的生命质量测定。

Objective To analyze and evaluate the psychometric properties of the scale for patients with fatty liver disease in the system of Quality of Life Instruments for Chronic Diseases,QLICD-FLD(V2.0).Methods Cronbach sαcoefficient and Spearman correlation coefficient were used to evaluate internal consistency reliability and half reliability of the scale.Construct validity was evaluated by Pearson s correlation coefficient r(item-domains correlations)and factor analysis.The criterion-related validity was evaluated by correlating corresponding domains of two instruments.Results Except for physical domain,the internal consistency reliabilityαand the split-half reliability of all other domains of the QLICD-FLD(V2.0)were greater than 0.7,Kronbach coefficient alphaαand spit-half reliability of the overall scale was 0.91 and 0.92 respectively.With the exception of item“joy of life”GPS3,the correlation coefficients of items and corresponding domains were above 0.3.The cumulative contribution rate of factor analysis variance of the common module and the specific module was 73.10%and 59.01%respectively,with the factor load coefficients of all items being above 0.5 excepted for item“fear of disease”GPS9.The correlation coefficients between G1,G2(two self-assessment items as criterions which reflected overall health status and happiness)and the overall scale were 0.44 and 0.26 respectively.Conclusions The scale QLICD-FLD(V2.0)has good reliability and validity,and can be used to measure quality of life in patients with fatty liver.
