摘要 随着水质自动监测技术的不断改进,地表水水质自动监测系统在我国地表水监测中得到了广泛的应用,实现了水质的实时连续监测和远程监控,达到及时掌握主要流域重点断面水体的水质状况,预警预报重大或流域水质污染事故,解决跨行政区域的水污染事故纠纷,监督总量控制制度落实情况,排放达标等情况的目的。 With the continuous improvement of automatic water quality monitoring technology,the automatic monitoring system for surface water quality has been widely used in China’s surface water monitoring,real-time continuous monitoring and remote monitoring of water quality have been achieved,and the main sections of the main watersheds in a timely manner have been mastered in time.The purpose of water quality conditions,early warning and forecast of major or river basin water pollution accidents,resolution of water pollution accident disputes across administrative regions,supervision of the implementation of the total volume control system,and discharge compliance.
