我国农业农村污染治理与监管体系存在的问题及对策

Problems and countermeasures of pollution control and supervision system in agricultural and rural areas of China

农业上的生产力度逐渐增强,畜牧业发展的较为明显,在农务活动中会有大量的污染物被排放到生活环境和自然环境中。现有的农村污染治理方式不科学,出现的问题较多,环境保护制度及技术相对落后,这给政府监管体系带来较大挑战。本文针对农村污染治理与监管体系出现的问题,提出一些可实行方案,为今后农村污染治理与监管体系提供理论依据。

With the increasing of agricultural production and the development of animal husbandry,a large number of pollutants will be discharged into the living environment and natural environment.The existing rural pollution control methods are not scientific,there are many problems,and the environmental protection system and technology are relatively backward,which brings great challenges to the government regulatory system.In view of the problems in the rural pollution control and supervision system,this paper puts forward some feasible plans to provide theoretical basis for the future rural pollution control and supervision system.
