根管桩用纤维增强树脂基复合材料改良的研究进展 被引量:3

摘要 桩核冠技术是临床常见的修复残根残冠的方法之一。纤维桩因具有较好的透光性和美学特性,可配合全瓷修复体获得良好的美学效果,故而在前牙区修复尤其受到患者和医师的青睐。目前常用的纤维桩有玻璃纤维桩、石英纤维桩和碳纤维桩。但现有的纤维桩在临床修复过程中同样存在一些不足,如因挠曲强度不足难以获得与金属桩及全瓷桩同样的挠曲强度,在修复缺损较大的患牙时,容易出现纤维桩自身的折断,因此,其临床的适应症在一定程度上受到限制。如何在保留其良好美学性能及适宜弹性模量的同时,进一步改良其力学性能,扩大其临床适应症,是现阶段对齿科根管桩用纤维增强树脂基复合材料性能改良的探索重点之一。本文从纤维增强相的改良、纤维-树脂界面的改良、树脂基体的改良、复合材料加工工艺的改良四个方面对现有齿科根管桩用纤维增强树脂基复合材料力学性能的改良文献进行综述。 Post and core crown technique is one of the common methods to restore residual roots and crowns.Fiber post has good light transmittance and aesthetic characteristics,and can cooperate with all-ceramic restorations to achieve good aesthetic effect,so it is especially favored by patients and doctors in the anterior teeth restoration.At present,glass fiberpost,quartz fiber post and carbon fiber post are commonly used.However,the existing fiber post also has some shortcomings in the clinical restoration process.For example,it is difficult to obtain the same flexural strength asmetal posts and all-porcelain posts due to the lack of flexural strength.When restoring the damaged teeth with large defects,fiber posts are prone to fracture by themselves.How to further improve the mechanical properties and expand the clinical indications while retaining the good aesthetic properties and the appropriate elastic modulus is one of the key points in the exploration of the improvement of the properties of fiber reinforced resin matrix composites for root canal post at present.In this paper,the improvement of mechanical properties of existing fiber reinforced resin matrix composites utilized for root canal post was reviewed from four aspects:the improvement of fiber reinforced phase,the improvement of fiber-resin interface,the improvement of resin matrix,and the improvement of composite processing technology.
