Discussion on the Original Clinical Research Projects in a General Hospital

目的获得医院创新性临床研究的管理现状并探讨出现的问题。方法以北京市一所三甲综合医院2011-2018年创新性临床研究申报、立项、结题数据为依据,探讨创新性临床研究的管理经验、存在问题,尝试获得解决方案。结果2011-2018年创新性临床研究院内申报数、立项数、获得经费数均呈阶梯状上升。2015-2018年,课题负责人具有科主任职务比例及正高级职称比例下降。课题延期率较高,主要原因为未完成规定的病例数。课题产出高质量论文、成果推广数仍需提高。结论医院创新性临床研究近年来呈正向增长,但课题延期率高、成果推广少,应巩固学科建设、人才培养、优化管理等多项举措,不断提高医院临床研究水平。

Objective To obtain the management status of the original clinical research projects in a general hospital and to analyze relevant problems. Methods Based on the data of the clinical research projects in a tertiary general hospital from 2011 to 2018, the management experience, shortcomings and possible countermeasures were discussed. Results From 2011 to 2018, the numbers of project applications, project approvals and obtained funds in original clinical research all increased in a stepwise manner. From 2015 to 2018, the proportion of project leaders with the post of department director and senior titles have decreased. The delay rate of the projects remained high, for which the main reason was the large number of cases that have not been completed. The number of high-quality papers and achievements transformation still needed to be raised. Conclusion The hospital’s original clinical research projects have been growing in recent years, despite a high delay rate and rare application of achievements. Therefore, it is necessary to consolidate discipline development, promote talent training, and optimize management, so as to improve the clinical research level of hospitals.
