智慧病房在围手术期中应用的护理效果

Nursing Effects of Intelligence Ward in Urological Wards during Perioperative Period

目的分析智慧病房在泌尿外科病房围手术期应用的护理效果分析。方法回顾性选取某院泌尿外科病房于2018年1-6月和2019年1-6月收治的共计192例患者进行研究,根据住院时间分为对照组和观察组,每组96例,对照组采用传统护理流程管理,观察组采用智慧病房系统护理管理,比较两组患者围手术期患者护理满意度、护理质量及医护人员满意度。结果观察组患者护理满意度(χ^2=8.34,P=0.0039)、护理质量(χ^2=4.18,P=0.0013)和医护人员满意度(χ^2=4.7,P=0.0302)明显高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义。结论泌尿外科患者围手术期护理工作中,应用智慧病房信息化护理管理系统,可有效提升护理质量,具有较高的临床价值,值得应用推广。

Objective To analyze the nursing effects of Intelligence Ward in urological wards during perioperative period. Methods A retrospective review was conducted among a total of 196 patients admitted to the Department of Urology in our hospital from January to June 2018 and from January to June 2019. According to the length of stay, the patients were divided into control group and observation group, with 96 cases in each group. The control group were treated with routine nursing, while the observation group were treated with Intelligence Ward nursing. The satisfaction of patients, the quality of nursing and satisfaction of ward colleagues between these two groups were compared. Results Patients’ satisfaction, nursing quality and ward colleagues’ satisfaction(χ^2=8.34, P=0.0039;χ^2=4.18, P=0.0013;χ^2=4.7, P=0.0302) in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group. Conclusion The application of information nursing management system of Intelligence Ward to the auxiliary nursing work in urology can effectively improve the quality of nursing, and thus is of high clinical value and worthy of application and promotion.
