培养学生纯中医思维方法的探讨与实践

Discussion and Practice of Cultivating Traditional Chinese Medicine Thinking Method of Students

中医学生是中医事业的接班人,我们一直在努力探索如何培养好中医学生的中医临床技能,但收效仍是欠佳,目前的教学方法多是以教材学习为主,但学生们的实践机会少,不能学以致用,实习时更是以西医基础为主,中医水平培养比较欠缺,故笔者通过教学实践中建立了一个临床实践模拟的形式,以《临证指南医案》解读对象,让学生们参与讨论学习,老师则作提示和总结,发现有教学效果,学生们的纯中医思维不断地得到提高。

Traditional Chinese medicine students are successors to the cause of traditional Chinese medicine, and we have been trying to explore how to cultivate the clinical skills of Chinese medicine students, but the results are still not good. Current teaching methods are mostly based on textbooks, but students have few practical opportunities and can not learn to apply them. Practice is mainly based on Western medicine, and the level of traditional Chinese medicine training is relatively inadequate. In practice, a form of simulation of clinical practice was established. Students were asked to participate in the discussion and study by interpreting the Medical Records of Clinical Guidelines. Teachers made suggestions and summaries. It was found that the teaching effect was good and the students’ traditional Chinese medicine thinking was constantly improved.
