案例教学法与中医整体观念结合在中医外科教学实践中的运用 被引量:14

摘要 在现代医学教育实践中,案例教学法能调动学生学习的兴趣并提高学习效率,促进学生学习的主观能动性,提升临床思辨能力,利用所学知识解决实际问题,尽快完成从医学生到医师的角色转化。"整体观念"则是中医学理论体系的主要特点之一,贯穿于中医诊治疾病的始终。因此我们在中医外科的教学实践中,需要不断向学生强调整体观念的重要性。并将这一思维模式运用于包括教学设计,过程实施,效果检验的整个教学活动中。而两者的结合应成为中医学课程教学的改革方向,以此为契机,不断尝试引入、探索新的教学方法。 In the practice of modern medical education, case-based teaching method can mobilize students ’interest in learning and improve learning efficiency, promote students’ subjective initiative in learning, improve the ability of clinical speculation, use the knowledge to solve practical problems, complete the role transformation from medical students to physicians as soon as possible."Concept of wholism"is one of the main characteristics of the theoretical system of traditional Chinese medicine, which is throughout the diagnosis and treatment of diseases in traditional Chinese medicine. Therefore, when we are in the teaching practice of traditional Chinese medicine surgery, it is necessary to emphasize the importance of concept of wholism, and apply this thinking mode in the whole teaching activity including teaching design, process implementation, and effect test and so on. Then the combination of the two methods should be the direction of teaching reform of traditional Chinese medicine, as the opportunity we will continuously try to introduce and explore new teaching methods.
