中医辨证分型治疗糖尿病肾病临床观察

Clinical Observation on Traditional Chinese Medicine Syndrome Differentiation in the Treatment of Diabetic Nephropathy

目的研究中医辨证分型加减治疗糖尿病肾病的临床疗效。方法选取本院收治的98例糖尿病肾病患者,采用电脑随机方法分成对照组和干预组,每组各49例,分别进行常规西医治疗与中医辨证分型加减治疗,对比2组临床疗效。结果治疗后,干预组患者Scr、BUN、UAER、2h PBG、FBG均明显低于对照组,而治疗有效率为93.88%,明显高于对照组77.55%(P<0.05)。结论中医辨证分型加减治疗糖尿病肾病的临床疗效较好,能明显改善患者血糖水平,提高肾功能,保证最佳的治疗效果。

Objective To study the clinical effect of TCM syndrome differentiation in the treatment of diabetic nephropathy. Methods98 patients with diabetic nephropathy were randomly divided into control group and intervention group, with 49 cases in each group.They were treated with conventional western medicine and TCM syndrome differentiation therapy respectively. The clinical effects were compared between the two groups. Results After treatment, Scr, BUN, UAER, 2 H PBG and FBG in the intervention group were significantly lower than those in the control group, and the effective rate of the intervention group was 93.88 %, which was significantly higher than 77.55% in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion TCM syndrome differentiation in the treatment of diabetic nephropathy has a good clinical effect, can significantly improve blood sugar level, improve renal function, and ensure the best therapeutic effect.
