五味消毒饮治疗皮肤病热毒之证的应用体会

The Application Experience of Wuwei Xiaodu Drink in the Treatment of Skin Disease Heat-toxicity Syndrome

皮肤疾病热毒之证常见皮肤红肿、皮疹、红斑、瘙痒等临床表现,通过四诊合参及八纲辨证,临床上可将其分为前、中、后三期进行辨治。《医宗金鉴》的五味消毒饮由金银花、野菊花、蒲公英、紫花地丁、紫背天癸子构成,传统中医临床经验和现代医学实验研究证实其清热解毒、抑菌、抗病毒之功效。内治结合具体病例的病-证-症特点加减化裁运用五味消毒饮,可有效治疗皮肤病热毒之证。外治通过擦洗患处,泡脚,达到治疗的目的。
