四君子汤联合百笑灸治疗功能性消化不良临床观察

Clinical Observation on Sijunzi Decoction Combined with Baixiao Moxibustion in the Treatment of Functional Dyspepsia

目的观察四君子汤加味口服联合百笑灸治疗功能性消化不良的临床效果。方法将70例符合条件的功能性消化不良受试者依照随机数字表法分成对照组与观察2组,各35例。对照组予莫沙必利片联合铝碳酸镁片口服治疗;观察组予加味四君子汤口服联合百笑灸治疗。以7 d为1个疗程,2组均连续治疗4个疗程后对双方疗效进行比较、判定。结果观察组总有效率91.43%,高于对照组71.43%(P<0.05),且治疗后消化不良症状及中医证候积分下降均优于对照组。结论四君子汤加味联合百笑灸治疗功能性消化不良临床疗效确切,优于西医对照组。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of modified Sijunzi decoction combined with Baixiao moxibustion on functional dyspepsia. Methods 70 eligible functional dyspepsia subjects were divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method, with 35 cases in each group. The control group was treated with Mosapride tablets combined with magnesium aluminium carbonate tablets, and the observation group was treated with modified Sijunzi decoction combined with Baixiao moxibustion. 7 days as a course of treatment, the two groups were treatde for 4 consecutive courses. The efficacy of the two sides was compared and determined. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 91.43%, which was higher than71.43% of the control group(P<0.05), and the scores of dyspepsia symptoms and TCM syndromes of the observation group were lower than those of the control group after treatment. Conclusion Modified Sijunzi decoction combined with Baixiao moxibustion has a definite clinical effet on functional dyspepsia, which is superior to the control group of Western medicine.
