远花头痛宁胶囊治疗血管神经性头痛临床观察

Clinical Observation on Yuanhua Toutongning Capsule in the Treatment of Vascular Neuropathic Headache

目的观察远花头痛宁胶囊治疗血管神经性头痛的临床疗效。方法将78例血管神经性头痛患者随机分成2组,对照组38例予常规西药治疗,治疗组40例在对照组基础上加远花头痛宁胶囊。治疗2周后比较2组临床疗效。结果临床有效率治疗组92.5%,对照组68.4%,2组比较差异显著(P<0.05)。结论远花头痛宁胶囊辅助治疗血管神经性头痛能提高临床疗效,优于单纯西药治疗。

Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of Yuan hua Toutongning capsule in the treatment of vascular neuropathic headache. Methods 78 patients of vascular neuropathic headache were randomly divided into two groups. 38 cases in control group were treated with conventional western medicine therapy. 40 cases in treatment group received Yuanhua Toutongning capsule on the basis of conventional western medicine therapy. The clinical efficacy was evaluated after two weeks of treatment. Results The total effective rate was 92.5 % in the treatment group and 68.4 % in the control group. The clinical effect of treatment group was better than that of control group, and there were significant differences between the two groups( P<0.05). Conclusion Yuanhuatun Tongning capsule assisted treatment of vascular neuropathic headache can improve clinical effect, and is better than simple Western medicine treatment.
