星状神经节为主埋线治疗寻常痤疮临床观察

Clinical Observation on Stellate Ganglion as the Main Catgut Embedding Therapy in the Treatment of Acne Vulgaris

目的评价星状神经节为主埋线治疗寻常痤疮的安全性及有效性。方法符合纳入标准的寻常痤疮患者70例随机分为星状神经节埋线组35例,采用星状神经节埋线术治疗;针刺组35例,采用针灸治疗。治疗1个疗程后,评价临床疗法安全性及临床疗效。结果 2组无不良反应少,星状神经节埋线组的总有效率为97%,针刺组总有效率为88%,埋线组优于针刺组(P<0.05)。结论星状神经节埋线疗法用以治疗寻常痤疮安全有效,值得推广应用。

Objective To evaluate the safety and efficacy of stellate ganglion as the main catgut embedding therapy in the treatment of acne vulgaris. Methods 70 patients with acne vulgaris who met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into stellate ganglion embedding group(35 cases) and acupuncture group(35 cases). After one course of treatment, the safety and efficacy of clinical therapy were evaluated. Results There was no adverse reaction between the two groups. The total effective rate of the stellate ganglion embedding group was 97%, and the total effective rate of the acupuncture group was 88%. The stellate ganglion embedding group was better than the acupuncture group(P<0.05). Conclusion It is safe and effective to treat acne vulgaris by stellate ganglion as the main catgut embedding therapy.
