早期中医护理干预对普外科手术患者并发症预防和生活质量的影响

Effect of Early Traditional Chinese Medicine Nursing Intervention on Prevention of Complications and Quality of Life in Patients Undergoing General Surgery

目的探讨早期中医护理干预对普外科手术患者并发症预防和生活质量的影响。方法选取普外科手术患者100例,随机分为对照组与观察组,各50例。对照组行常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上加用早期中医护理干预,比较2组并发症发生率及干预前后生活质量水平。结果观察组术后并发症发生率低于对照组(P<0.05);2组干预前生活质量水平差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组干预后生活质量水平高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组护理满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论早期中医护理干预可有效预防普外科手术患者并发症的发生,同时可提升患者生活质量水平。

Objective To explore the effect of early TCM nursing intervention on the prevention of complications and quality of life in patients undergoing general surgery. Methods 100 cases of general surgery patients were randomly divided into control group and observation group, with 50 cases in each. The control group received routine nursing, while the observation group received early traditional Chinese medicine nursing intervention on the basis of the control group. The incidence of complications and the quality of life before and after the intervention were compared between the two groups. Results The incidence of postoperative complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group( P <0.05). There was no significant difference in the quality of life before intervention between the two groups(P >0.05). The quality of life in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P <0.05), and the nursing satisfaction in the observation group was higher than that in the control group( P <0.05).Conclusion Early TCM nursing intervention can effectively prevent the complications of general surgery patients and improve the quality of life of patients.
