摘要
为推进应用技术型人才的培养,在生物药剂学与药物动力学课程中开展"理实一体化"教学改革。课程体系按项目划分,以案例为载体,项目为驱动,按照项目流程构建整体设计方案。以"仿制药一致性评价"和"万古霉素治疗药物临床监测"项目为例,探讨全新的教学模式,有利于培养学生综合解决问题的能力,也为今后的职业发展开拓更广阔的空间。
In order to promote the training of applied technical talents, the teaching reform of "integrating theory with practice"was carried out in the course of biopharmaceutics and pharmacokinetics. The curriculum system is divided into projects, with cases as the carrier, projects as the driving force, and the overall design plan is constructed according to the project process. Taking the project of"consistency evaluation of generic drugs"and "clinical application of therapeutic drug monitoring of vancomycin"as examples, this paper explores a new teaching mode, which is conducive to cultivating students ’ability to solve problems comprehensively and opening up a broader space for future career development.
