侯丽辉治疗多囊卵巢综合征不孕症助孕前干预措施经验拾萃

HOU Li-hui’s experience on pre-pregnancy intervention in the treatment of infertility with polycystic ovary syndrome

侯丽辉教授从事中医妇科临床、教学、科研工作40余载,学验俱丰,尤其在多囊卵巢综合征(PCOS)的诊治上见解独特,尊古不泥、衷中参西,创新性的提出了PCOS“痰瘀胞宫”中医病机理论,随证结合“补肾调周法”,形成了较为系统的学术思想。文章基于黑龙江中医药大学附属第一医院妇科门诊“临床科研信息一体化平台”,并整理“侯丽辉全国中医药名老中医传承工作室”的手稿,收集大量PCOS患者病例及数据进行分析,同时查阅相关论文与著作,对其临床诊治PCOS不孕症助孕前的干预措施进行梳理总结。

Professor HOU Li-hui has been engaged in clinical,teaching and scientific research of traditional Chinese medicine and gynecology for more than 40 years,and she has learned and experienced a lot.Especially,she has unique views on the diagnosis and treatment of PCOS,respects the ancient times and takes western medicine as his reference.She has innovatively put forward the pathogenesis theory of PCOS‘phlegm and blood stasis cell palace’in traditional Chinese medicine,and combined with the syndrome‘invigorating kidney and regulating circulation method’,forming a relatively systematic academic thought.Based on the Gynaecology Department of First Affiliated Hospital,Heilongjiang University of Chinese Medicine outpatient service‘clinical scientific research information integration platform’,and‘Inheritance Office of National Famous Old TCM Expert HOU Li-hui’of the manuscript,collecting a large number of cases of patients with PCOS and data analysis,at the same time refer to mentor related papers and works published in the past,for the clinical treatment of PCOS infertility pregnancy comb summary for the intervention measures.
