卵巢低反应中医研究进展

Current situation of traditional Chinese medicine in ovaries with poor ovarian response

卵巢低反应(POR)是体外受精-胚胎移植中卵巢对促性腺激素刺激反应不良的一种病理状态,以卵巢刺激周期生长的卵泡少、绒毛膜促性腺激素注射日血清雌二醇峰值低、促性腺激素用量及天数增加、获卵数及优胚数减少以及临床妊娠率低为主要表现,是体外受精的难点之一。随着人工辅助生殖技术的广泛应用,POR人群的不断增加,中医干预体外受精中POR的临床研究逐渐增多。笔者对近10年中药和针灸干预POR的临床研究期刊文献做一综述,并结合临床中存在的问题提出了一些解决方案。

Poor ovarian response(POR)is a pathological state of adverse ovarian stimulation to gonadotropin(Gn)in vitro fertilization and embryo transfer.Its main performance such as fewer follicles grow during ovarian stimulation cycle,low peak value of serum estriol on chorionic gonadal stimulating,increase of Gn dosage and days,decrease of egg count and optimal embryo number and low clinical pregnancy rate,which is one of the difficulties of in vitro fertilizing(IVF).With the wide application of artificial assisted reproductive technology and the increasing population of POR,traditional Chinese medicine interferes with the presence of POR in IVF is gradually increasing.The author summarized the clinical research of traditional Chinese medicine and acupuncture and moxibustion intervention in POR published in recent ten years,and some solutions were proposed in the light of the existing problems in clinic.
