摘要
目的:对蒙药述达格-4进行网络药理学的研究,探索其抗胃癌的活性成分和作用靶点。方法:应用文献检索和中药系统药理学数据库和分析平台(TCMSP)筛选述达格-4中的化合物,从SuperTarget、DrugBank、BindingDB、Therapeutic Targets Database(TTD)等数据库收集述达格-4中化合物对应的靶点和胃癌相关靶点,采用Cytoscape3.1.0软件建立化合物-靶点-胃癌的网络。结果:筛选得到述达格-4中16个化合物和19个胃癌相关靶点。证明了蒙药述格达-4"多成分、多靶点"整体作用的特点。结论:本研究为阐明蒙药述达格-4抗胃癌的药效物质及作用机制奠定基础。从述达格-4中筛选得到16个化合物可作为先导化合物,为寻找抗胃癌新药做贡献。
Objective:The study on network pharmacology of Mongolian medicine Shudage-4 was carried out to explore its anti-gastric carcinoma active ingredients and targets.Methods:Screening the chemical constituents of Shudage-4 by literature search and TCMSP database.Through SuperTarget,DrugBank,BindingDB,Therapeutic Targets Database(TTD)and other database,the corresponding targets of the chemical compound of Shudage-4 and the targets related to gastric cancer were collected and by means of Cytoscape3.1.0 software,the network model of compound-targets-gastric carcinoma was established.Results:A total of 16 kinds of compounds and 19 gastric carcinoma-related targets were attained through screening.Network models,which was a clear evidence to prove the characteristics of overall effect of Mongolian Shudage-4 in terms of multi-component and multitarget.Conclusion:This research,which provides a clear base on explaining the active substances and mechanism of anti-gastric carcinoma effect of Mongolian medicine Shudage-4.Those 16 kinds of compound screened from Shudage-4 can be considered as lead compound to make contribution to finding new anti-gastric carcinoma medicine.
