从微环境论中医整体观念的内涵

Discussion on the connotation of the overall concept of traditional Chinese medicine from the perspective of micro-environment

整体观念乃中医学理论体系的指导思想,在中医学的漫长发展史上具有重要的指导意义,备受历代医家和学者青睐。随着对人体结构认识的微分化,越来越多的微小结构(如肠道菌群、微小RNA、DNA等)被发现,并构建成多层次的微环境。文章以微环境为视角,进一步从人体自身以及人与环境之间的联系性和统一性,阐释中医整体观念的内涵,有助于丰富中医学理论体系的现代内涵。

The overall concept is the guiding ideology of the theoretical system of traditional Chinese medicine,which has important guiding significance in the long history of the development of traditional Chinese medicine,and has been favored by many scholars.With the micro-differentiation of the understanding of human structure,more and more micro-structures(such as intestinal flora,micro-RNA,DNA,etc.)have been discovered and constructed into a multi-level micro-environment.From the perspective of micro-environment,this paper further explains the connotation of the overall concept of traditional Chinese medicine from the human body itself and the connection and unity between human beings and the environment,which is helpful to enrich the modern connotation of the theoretical system of traditional Chinese medicine.
