“时时转动使活”理念在中医正骨理筋手法中的运用

Application of the concept of‘to make flexible by constant rotation’in therapeutic manipulation for bone-setting and injured soft tissue in traditional Chinese medicine

In the whole treatment process of fractures,dislocations,and tendon injury,the concept of‘to make flexible by constant rotation’runs through the whole way.The swinging manipulation,flexion-extension manipulation,swinging touch manipulation,rotating manipulation and shaking manipulation were used.These manipulations are simple and get twofold results with half the effort,which can correct the residual displacement of the fracture,mold joints,loosen the adhesion,prevent traumatic arthritis and promote the reset stability.It can achieve‘bone to the seam,tendon into the groove’.
