基于既济卦探析傅山治疗身瘦不孕的思路

Thought of FU Shan’s treatment of slim infertility based on Ji Ji Gua

《傅青主女科》系明末清初著名文人兼医学家傅山所著,是一部颇具临床价值的妇产科专著,在中医治疗不孕症方面具有重要的指导意义,尤其在种子篇中针对身瘦不孕,根据周易"既济卦"(水在火上之卦)创立的养精种玉汤,见解独特,治法精妙。文章分析傅山基于周易"既济卦",治疗理法方药的特色运用,分析傅山创立的养精种玉汤治疗身瘦不孕的思路,以期为中医临证治疗身瘦不孕及养精种玉汤的临床应用提供借鉴及依据。

FU Qing-zhu Nvke was written by FU Shan,a famous scholar and physician in the late Ming and early Qing dynasties.It was a monograph of gynecology and obstetrics with considerable clinical value and important guiding significance in the treatment of infertility in traditional Chinese medicine.Especially in the seed chapter for slim infertility,the Yangjing Zhongyu Decoction created according to the’Ji Ji Gua’(the hexagram of water on fire)of Zhouyi had unique insights and exquisite treatment.Through the analysis of the characteristic application of FU’s prescriptions and medicines in the treatment of this pathological method through’Ji Ji Gua’,this paper analyzed the thinking and mechanism of Fu’s treatment of slim infertility,intending to provide the basis for the clinical application of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of slim infertility and Yangjing Zhongyu Decoction.
