教师专业发展是教师不断增强职业素养,丰富学科知识,强化专业技能,提高教育教学水平的过程。随着学习科学的变革和信息与通讯技术的发展,传统的教师专业发展模式开始走向变革,新近涌现的MOOC系统为教师专业发展提供了一条崭新的路径。无论从教师职业的特点而言,还是从教师自身的需求来说,基于成本的考量,MOOC系统不啻是教师专业发展的一条捷径。当然,MOOC系统应用于教师专业发展仍然处于尝试阶段,需要着重从政策保障、质量保障和价值保障等角度进行深入分析。Coursera公司积极开展教师专业发展项目,与高等教育机构和社会文化机构合作开发了一系列教师教育课程,可以视为该领域的先锋和典范。目前,MOOC系统与教师专业发展的结合仍处于经验主义阶段,未来需要更多基于实验数据的分析性研究提供支持,从而克服各种潜在的障碍、困难和问题。

Teacher professional development is the process of constantly enhancing the professionalism,broadening academic knowledge,enhancing the professional skills,and improving educational and teaching level.With the reform of learning science and the development of ICT,the traditional mode of teacher professional development began to change.And a new emerging MOOC system provides a new path for teacher professional development.No matter from the professional characteristic,or from the teacher's own needs,even based on costs,the MOOC system is also a shortcut for teacher professional development.Of course,the application of MOOC system to teacher professional development is still in the trial stage.We need carried on emphatically analysis from the policy security,quality security and value security.Coursera carried out projects of teacher professional development actively,And developed a series of teacher education curriculum in cooperation with institutions of higher education and social culture institutions,which can be regarded as the pioneer and model in the field.At present,the combination of MOOC system and teacher professional development is still in the stage of empiricism.More research based on experimental data was needed for the future,thus overcoming various potential obstacles,difficulties and problems.
