走向共生:我国基础教育科研范式的区域行动——以上海市嘉定区为例 被引量:2

From Scattered Point to Symbiosis:Regional Action of Research Paradigm of Basic Education in China--Take Jiading District of Shanghai as an Example

摘要 当前我国基础教育科研呈现出一种散点范式,表现为在研究主体上主要以名师工作室引领为主、在研究场域上主要以基层单体学校为主、在研究机制上主要以条线分割管理为主。但当前面临诸多挑战,迫切要求基础教育科研区域一体发展,因此如何基于散点但又超越散点成为现实需要,而走向共生则为区域教育科研指出了一条道路。上海市嘉定区积极探索区域基础教育科研的共生行动策略,取得了较好的科研效果,其策略具体包括:在共生主体上,基于多元主体打造区域教育科研集群;在共生资源上,基于地域文化突显区域教育科研优势;在共生战略上,基于改革重点统筹区域教育科研规划;在共生机制上,基于整合协同创新区域教育科研机制;在共生环境上,基于文化基因打造区域教育科研生态等。 At present,there is a kind of scattered paradigm in the research of basic education in our country,which is mainly led by famous teachers’studio,mainly by grass-roots single school in the research field,and mainly by line division management in the research mechanism.However,at present,there are many challenges,which urgently require the integrated development of basic education and scientific research regions.Therefore,how to base on and surpass the scattered points has become a practical need,and how to move towards symbiosis has pointed out a way for regional education and scientific research.Jiading District of Shanghai has actively explored the symbiotic action strategy of regional basic education and scientific research,and achieved good scientific research results.The strategies include:building regional education and scientific research clusters based on the symbiotic subjects,highlighting the advantages of regional education and scientific research based on the symbiotic resources,highlighting the advantages of Regional Education and scientific research based on the regional culture,and coordinating the regional education and scientific research planning based on the reform focus on the symbiotic strategy.In symbiosis mechanism,regional education and scientific research mechanism is based on integration and collaborative innovation;in symbiosis environment,regional education and scientific research ecology is based on cultural genes.
