高职学生工匠精神培育的价值意蕴、现实困境与实现路径——以跨境电商专业为例

工匠精神培育是新生代发展的内在需求、高职教育的时代使命和实现民族伟大复兴的迫切要求。然而,高职院校跨境电商专业学生工匠精神培育存在崇尚"工匠精神"的氛围不强、企业参与人才培养的职责不实、职业教育的类型特征未彰显等现实困境。高职学生工匠精神培育需要政府牵头,营造文化氛围,重塑工匠精神培育的新环境;需要企业参与,强化协同育人,重塑工匠精神培育的新格局;需要学校发力,打造特色专业,重塑工匠精神培育的新平台。

The cultivation of craftsmanship is the internal demand for the development of the new generation,the mission of the era of higher vocational education and the urgent demand for the great national rejuvenation.However,the cultivation of cross-border e-commerce students in the arts and craftsmanship of higher vocational colleges has the practical dilemma that the atmosphere of advocating the“artisan spirit”is not strong,the responsibility of enterprises to participate in talent training is not true,and the types and characteristics of vocational education are not shown.The cultivation of the artisan spirit of higher vocational students requires the government to lead,create a cultural atmosphere,and reshape the new environment for the cultivation of the artisan spirit.It requires the participation of enterprises,strengthens the collaborative education,and reshapes the new pattern of artisan spirit cultivation.It requires the school to work hard to create a distinctive professional,a new platform for reshaping the craftsmanship.
