Trust Crisis of Rural Teachers in Social Transformation

"亲其师,信其道",教育的基本逻辑前提是信任教师。然而,在乡村社会转型过程中,乡村教师遭遇了学生的情感信任危机、家长的道德信任危机和领导的能力信任危机。这些信任危机生成于乡村社会转型带来的"熟人社会"向"陌生社会"、"身份认同"向"身份怀疑"、"简单社会"向"风险社会"的转变,且具有普遍性、持久性、差异性及情境性特征,严重影响乡村教师的教育质量、城乡教育一体化与教育公平的实现以及传统乡村社会的现代化转型。根据现代乡村社会的发展需要,营造可信任的社会生态环境、构建可信任的学校支持体系、树立可信任的乡村教师形象能有效化解乡村教师的信任危机,重塑学生、家长、领导对乡村教师的信任。

The basic logical premise of education is to trust teachers.However,in the process of the rural society transformation,rural teachers encountered crisis of emotional trust of students,crisis of moral trust of parents and crisis of competence trust of leaders.These trust crises are caused by the transformation of rural society from"acquaintance society"to"stranger society",from"identity"to"identity suspected",from"simple society"to“risk society”,and have the characteristics of universality,persistence,difference and situationality,which seriously affect the quality of rural teachers'education,the integration of urban and rural education,the realization of educational equity,and the modern transformation of traditional rural society.According to the development needs of modern rural society,creating a trustworthy social ecological environment,building a trustworthy school support system,and establishing a trustworthy image of rural teachers can effectively rebuild the trust of students,parents and leaders in rural teachers.
