黄连膏外敷预防医护人员面部医疗器械相关性压力性损伤的效果观察

Effect of external application of Coptis ointment in prevention of medical device-related pressure injury among medical workers

目的观察黄连膏外敷预防医护人员医疗器械相关性压力性损伤的效果。方法根据值班时间不同,将98例医护人员分为3组:对照组(n=28)、观察1组(n=28)和观察2组(n=42)。对照组医护人员按照要求穿戴个人防护装备,未给予预防压力性损伤措施;观察1组使用泡沫敷料贴敷在面部受压部位;观察2组使用自制黄连膏涂抹面部受压部位。观察3组医护人员面部医疗器械相关性压力性损伤发生情况。结果对照组发生8(28.57%)例压力性损伤,观察1组发生2(7.14%)例,观察2组发生3(7.14%)例,观察1组和观察2组压力性损伤发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),观察1组和观察2组压力性损伤发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论黄连膏外敷面部受压部位能有效预防医护人员医疗器械相关性压力性损伤的发生,且该方法简单易行。

Objective To observe the effect of external application of Coptis ointment in prevention of medical device-related pressure injury(MDRPI) among medical workers. Methods Totally 98 medical workers were assigned to the control group(n=28), first observation group(n=28) and second observation group(n=42) according to the scheduling arrangement. Medical workers in the control group did not take protective measures before wearing personal protective equipment. External application of foam dressing and Coptis ointment were adopted in the first and second observation group, respectively. The incidence of MDRPI was compared between three groups. Results There were 8 cases of MDRPI in the control group, higher than 2 cases of MDRPI in the first observation group and 3 cases of MDRPI in the second observation group, respectively(P<0.05). There was no significant difference in incidence of MDRPI between the first and the second observation group(P>0.05). Conclusion External application of Coptis ointment is effective to prevent the MDRPI among medical workers.
