体质量指数与中医体质类型的相关性研究

A study on the relationship between body mass index and Traditional Chinese Medicine constitution classification

目的探讨不同体质量指数(BMI)与中医体质类型之间的关系,为超重或肥胖人群从体质量角度调理偏颇体质提供依据及建议。方法选取2018年3月-2019年2月在医院健康体检中心体检127例体检者为研究对象,记录体检者性别、年龄、BMI等一般资料,根据体检对象中医经络测评结果数据进行中医体质类型辨识,并进行统计和分析。结果不同性别体检者BMI和高血糖发生率比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。中医体质类型检出率前3位依次为:痰湿质、阴虚质和血瘀质,不同性别体检者阴虚质占比差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。痰湿质与肥胖呈正相关(OR=1.21,95%CI:1.03~1.35)。中医证候分型检出率前3位依次为:肾阴虚证、肝气郁结证和心气虚血瘀证。结论BMI与中医体质类型存在一定的相关性。在体质调理及脏腑调理方面,首要考虑的是痰湿情况,尤其是男性患者,应加强体质量管理。

Objective To investigate the relationship between body mass index(BMI)and Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM)constitution classification,and to provide advice and guidance of physical conditioning for population of overweight and obesity from the perspective of BMI.Methods The general information of 127 subjects undergoing medical examination was analyzed.The TCM constitution was evaluated and classified according to the TCM channels and collaterals of participants.Results There was a significant difference in BMI and incidence of hyperglycemia between male and female subjects(P<0.05).The most three common types of TCM constitution were phlegm-dampness constitution,Yin-deficiency constitution and blood-stasis constitution,and three was a significant difference in Yin-deficiency constitution between male and female subjects(P<0.01).The phlegm-dampness constitution was positively correlated with obesity(OR=1.21,95%CI:1.03-1.35).The most three common types of TCM syndrome differentiation were kidney-Yin deficiency syndrome,liver-Qi deficiency syndrome and heart-Qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome.Conclusion There is a relationship between BMI and TCM constitution classification.The phlegm-dampness constitution is a key issue of physical conditioning,especially for male patients.It is required to carry out weight control strategies.
