中医护理技术难度分级及准入管理在腰痛病中医护理方案执行中的应用

Technical difficulty rating and access management in implementation of Traditional Chinese Medicine nursing protocol for lumbago

目的探讨中医护理技术难度分级及准入管理在腰痛病中医护理方案执行中的应用效果。方法选取2018年7-12月收治的腰痛病患者142例设为对照组,选取2019年7-12月收治的腰痛病患者146例设为观察组。对照组采用优化版腰痛病中医护理方案进行责任制整体护理,观察组在对照组基础上实施中医护理技术难度分级及准入管理。比较2组患者的症状护理效果,评价患者对中医护理技术的依从性及满意度。结果观察组症状护理效果优于对照组,对中医护理技术的依从性及满意度均高于对照组。结论中医护理技术难度分级及准入管理制度应用于腰痛病中医护理方案的执行中,推进了中医护理方案执行的标准化与规范化,对提高中医护理服务质量有积极意义。

Objective To investigate the application of technical difficulty rating and access management in implementation of Traditional Chinese Medicine nursing protocol for lumbago.Methods Totally 142 patients undergoing treatment for lumbago recruited between July 2018 and December 2018 were included as the control group,another 146 patients undergoing treatment between July 2019 and December 2019 were included as the observation group.All patients received comprehensive nursing based on the Traditional Chinese Medicine nursing protocol for lumbago,and a technical difficulty rating and access management was adopted in the observation group.The lumbago-related symptoms were evaluated after intervention.The treatment compliance and satisfaction degree of patients were compared between two groups.Results The improvement of lumbago-related symptoms was found better in the observation group than that in the control group.The compliance and degree of satisfaction in the observation group were higher than those in the control group.Conclusion The technical difficulty rating and access management can promote the regulation and standardization in implementation of Traditional Chinese Medicine nursing protocol for lumbago.
