早期床上脚踏车运动预防右半结肠切除术后下肢深静脉血栓形成的效果观察 被引量:3

Effect of early exercise with in-bed cycling in the prevention of lower extremity deep venous thrombosis among patients undergoing right hemicolectomy

摘要 目的探讨术后早期开展床上脚踏车运动预防右半结肠切除术后下肢深静脉血栓形成(DVT)的效果。方法选取行腹腔镜下根治性右半结肠切除术的患者80例,采用随机单盲法分为观察组40例和对照组40例。对照组术后采用常规护理,观察组在对照组常规运动的基础上增加床上脚踏车运动。分别于术后1 d、术后7d行彩色多普勒超声检查测定股静脉血流速度,比较2组DVT发生率。结果术后7 d,观察组股静脉血流峰值速度和平均速度均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P>0.01)。对照组发生DVT2例,观察组无1例发生DVT。结论右半结肠切除术后早期开展床上脚踏车运动能提高患者股静脉血流速度,对降低术后DVT的发生风险具有积极意义。 Objective To investigate the early exercise with in-bed cycling in the prevention of lower extremity deep venous thrombosis(DVT)among patients undergoing right hemicolectomy.Methods Totally 80 patients who underwent laparoscopic-assisted right hemicolectomy were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,with 40 cases in each group.All patients received routine care and rehabilitation exercise,and early exercise of in-bed cycling was carried out in the observation group.All patients received color Doppler examination for measuring femoral venous blood velocity at first and seventh day after surgery.The incidence of DVT was compared between two groups.Results At seventh day after surgery,the femoral vein peak velocity and mean velocity in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,differences between two groups were statistically significant(P>0.01).There were 2 cases of DVT occurred in the control group,and no case of DVT occurred in the observation group.Conclusion The early exercise with in-bed cycling is potentially effective to improve the femoral venous blood velocity of patients,and helps to reduce the risk of DVT after right hemicolectomy.
