微信平台联合情景模拟教学在手术室新入职护士培训中的应用 被引量:4

摘要 目的探讨微信平台联合情景模拟教学在手术室新入职护士培训中的应用效果。方法将2018年3月-2018年12月中山市人民医院手术室新入职护士34名设为对照组,将2019年1月-12月新入职的34名护士设为观察组。对照组采用传统的培训方法,观察组采用微信平台联合情景模拟教学法进行培训。比较2组理论考核成绩和岗位综合能力评分,调查2组对培训的满意度。结果观察组理论考试成绩高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组专业技术操作能力、团队合作能力、应急反应能力、评判性思维能力得分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组对培训方法的满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论微信平台联合情景模拟教学应用于手术室新入职护士培训教学,有利于提高新入职护士专业理论知识及临床技术操作水平,有助于快速提升新入职护士岗位综合能力。 Objective To investigate the application effect of Wechat platform combined with scenario-based simulation in the training of newly recruited nurses in the operating room.Methods Totally sixty-eight nurses enrolled between March 2018 and December 2019 in the operating room were selected as the research subjects.The nurses who were recruited from March 2018 to December 2018 were assigned as the control group,and the others were served as the observation group,with 34 in each group.The traditional training methods and assessment were adopted in the control group,and WeChat platform combined scenario-based simulation was used in teaching and training in the observation group.The assessment outcomes of theoretical knowledge and comprehensive post capacity were compared between two groups.The nurses’satisfaction with training methods was evaluated by a self-made questionnaire.Results The assessment score of theoretical knowledge in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Nurses in the observation group achieved higher scores of professional and technical skills,teamwork,emergency response and critical thinking than those in the control group(P<0.05).A higher degree of satisfaction with training was found in the observation group(P<0.05).Conclusion The Wechat platform combined with scenario-based simulation has a significant effect in the training of newly recruited nurses in the operating room.It can better meet the training needs of newly recruited nurses and is conducive to improving the level of professional theoretical knowledge,technical operation and comprehensive post capabilities.
