摘要
目的探讨在急性心肌梗死护理教学中开展危机处置情景模拟训练的效果。方法选取2018年7月-2019年12月参加临床实习的本科护生60例为研究对象,分为观察组和对照组,各30例。对照组采用常规教学方法,观察组采用危机处置情景模拟教学法。采用场景模拟考核结合自评的方式评价实习护生急性心肌梗死危机的处置能力。结果观察组考核评分和自评评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论在急性心肌梗死护理教学中应用危机处置情景模拟教学法,能提高护生危机处置能力。
Objective To investigate the effect of scenario simulation for crisis management in clinical teaching of nursing for acute myocardial infarction.Methods Totally 60 undergraduate nursing students were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,with 30 cases in each group.The routing teaching method was adopted in control group,and a scenario simulation method for crisis management was used in the observation group.The field examination using emergency care simulator and self-assessment were used to evaluate the crisis management capability.Results The scores of field examination and self-assessment in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.01).Conclusion The scenario simulation method is potentially effective to improve the nursing students’crisis management capability for acute myocardial infarction.
