摘要
本文通过阐述护护合作的相关概念,分析影响护护合作的因素,总结护护合作能力培训的干预措施,探讨目前相关研究存在的不足,旨在为医院管理者提高护护合作质量和水平提供参考与借鉴。
This paper briefly introduced the concept of nurse-nurse collaboration, analyzed influencing factors of nurse-nurse collaboration, summarized interventions for improvement of nurse-nurse collaboration skills and discuss the shortcomings in related studies, in order to improve the quality of nurse-nurse collaboration.
