镇江电网侧电池储能电站辅助系统调峰的应用 被引量:5

摘要 镇江电网侧电池储能电站自投运以来,为电网提供调峰、调频、备用、事故应急响应等多种服务。针对镇江电网侧储能电站辅助系统调峰应用,分别对日前调度计划控制、时段电量控制和储能电站群分配策略优化进行分析。镇江电网侧储能电站的实际运行情况表明,储能电站可优化镇江电网潮流分布,改善电网尖峰负荷特性,有效提高镇江东部电网的供电能力,可为国内快速增长的储能电站建设运行与发展提供经验借鉴和参考。 Since being put into operation,the battery energy storage power plant on the side of Zhenjiang Power Grid has provided various services such as peak shaving,frequency modulation,backup,and emergency response to the power grid..Aiming at the application of peak shaving in the auxiliary system of the energy storage power plant on the side of the Zhenjiang power grid,the control of"pre-day dispatch plan",the control of"time-period SOC"and the optimization of allocation strategy for energy storage power station group were analyzed separately.The actual operations of the above energy storage power station shows that the energy storage power station can optimize the power flow distribution of the Zhenjiang Power Grid,improve the peak load characteristics of the power grid and effectively increase the power supply capacity of the eastern Zhenjiang power grid,and provide experience and reference for the construction,operation and development of China's rapidly growing energy storage power station.
