摘要
首先分析了冶金矿热炉行业熔炼直接工频供电的缺点,经计算阐明低频供电,具有提高功率因数、保证三相平衡和实现较大节能的效果。在回顾了我国大功率低频电源发展历史的基础上,全面地介绍了低频电源的研究与应用现状,探讨了大功率低频电源的发展趋势,进一步分析了大功率低频电源的市场前景。最终得出了大功率低频电源将在冶金领域获得广泛应用,指出冶金领域矿热炉与电渣炉及交流电弧炉的供电低频化,将成为这些行业节能增效和减排与绿色供电的必由之路。
In this paper,the shortcomings of direct power-frequency supply for smelting in the submerged ore furnace industry are analyzed at first.Through calculations,it is shown that the low-frequency power supply can improve the power factor,ensure a three-phase balance,and achieve a greater energy-saving effect.On the basis of reviewing the development history of the high-power low-frequency power supply in China,the research and application status of lowfrequency power supply is introduced comprehensively,and the development trend of high-power low-frequency power supply is discussed together with the analysis of its market prospect.Finally,it is concluded that the high-power lowfrequency power supply will be widely applied in the metallurgical field.It is also pointed out that the low-frequency power supply for the ore furnace,electroslag furnace,and AC arc furnace in the metallurgical field will become the only way for energy saving,efficiency improvement,emission reduction,and green power supply in these industries.
