摘要 汽轮机汽封存在一定的漏汽问题,只要有动静配合就存在间隙,漏汽就不可避免.在汽轮机通流部分汽封优化改造及间隙调整过程中动静配合间隙的控制精度,直接影响机组运行的安全性和经济性.因此,必须提高对汽轮机汽封系统节能改造的重视程度,结合实际情况和发展要求,采用科学有效的技术手段和行之有效的施工措施对汽轮机通流部分汽封进行优化和改造,以实现对设备运行安全性以及经济性的有效增强.文章对汽轮机汽封系统节能改造并精细化调整进行深入分析,以供参考. There is a certain problem of steam leakage in the steam seal of steam turbine.As long as there is dynamic and static coordination,there will be clearance.Steam leakage is inevitable.The control accuracy of dynamic and static coordination clearance in the process of steam seal optimization and clearance adjustment of fl ow passage part of steam turbine directly affects the safety and economy of unit operation.Therefore,it is necessary to pay more attention to the energy-saving transformation of the steam seal system of the steam turbine.In combination with the actual situation and development requirements,scientifi c and effective technical means and effective construction measures should be adopted to optimize and transform the steam seal of the fl ow passage part of the steam turbine,so as to realize the effective enhancement of the operation safety and economy of the equipment.In this paper,the energy-saving transformation and fi ne adjustment of steam turbine gland system are analyzed for reference.
