近年来,配电网外损事故呈上升趋势,因此采取有效措施预防外损是十分必要的.基于对外部伤害事故原因的分析,笔者希望各相关部门采取措施有效降低外部伤害事故,如建立一个管理系统来防止外部伤害,加强对配电网的检查,加强内部和外部的交流,加强宣传,发挥公众的监督作用,从而提高配电网的安全性和可靠性.

In recent years,the external loss accident of distribution network is on the rise,so it is necessary to take effective measures to prevent the external loss.Based on the analysis of the causes of the external injury accidents,the author hopes that the relevant departments can take effective measures to reduce the external injury accidents,such as establishing a management system to prevent the external injury,strengthening the inspection of the distribution network,strengthening the internal and external communication,strengthening the publicity and the supervision of the public,so as to improve the safety and reliability of the distribution network.
