上海电气集团1000 MW机组汽轮机经长周期运行后,其1号轴承振动出现异常.对1号轴承进行解体检查,发现轴瓦限位插片存在磨损,且插板固定螺栓已松动.针对该问题,对限位插板间隙调整至图纸要求,同时对限位插片材质进行升级,机组启动后1号轴承振动达到优秀标准.

After a long period of operation,the vibration of No.1 bearing of the steam turbine of Shangqi 1000 MW unit was abnormal.The No.1 bearing was disassembled and inspected,and it was found that the limit insert of bearing bush was worn and the fi xing bolt of insert plate was loose.To solve this problem,adjust the clearance of the limit plug plate to the requirements of the drawing,upgrade the material of the limit plug plate,and the vibration of No.1 bearing after the unit is started reaches the excellent standard.
