枸橼酸咖啡因注射液治疗早产新生儿原发性呼吸暂停的效果评价

摘要 目的:探讨枸橼酸咖啡因注射液治疗早产新生儿原发性呼吸暂停的效果。方法:选取2017年3月—2019年3月治疗的62例患儿,依据随机对照原则分为对照组和观察组,每组31例。对照组给予氨茶碱治疗,观察组给予氨茶碱联合枸橼酸咖啡因注射液治疗。观察两组临床症状改善情况、血浆β-内啡肽(β-EP)、内皮素(ET)、一氧化氮(NO)水平及不良反应发生情况。结果:观察组临床症状改善较好,两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组干预后血浆β-EP低于干预前和对照组,ET和NO高于干预前和对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组不良反应发生率为9.68%,对照组为6.45%,两组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:枸橼酸咖啡因注射液治疗早产新生儿原发性呼吸暂停,临床症状改善较好,血浆β-EP,ET,NO水平改善较好,不增加患儿的不良反应。 Objective:To investigate the effect of caffeine citrate injection on primary apnea in premature infants.Methods:All 62 children who were treated in hospital from March 2017 to March 2019 were included in the study.According to the principle of random control,the patients were divided into two groups,31 cases in each group.Control group:aminophylline treatment.Observation group:combined with caffeine citrate injection.The improvement of clinical symptoms,plasma β-endorphin(β-EP),endothelin(ET),nitric oxide(NO) levels and the occurrence of adverse reactions were observed.Results:The clinical symptoms of the observation group improved better,the difference was significant(P<0.05);the plasma levels of β-EP,ET,NO in the observation group improved better after intervention,β-EP was lower than that before intervention and the control group,et,no were higher than that before intervention and the control group,the difference was significant(P<0.05);the total incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 9.68%,the control group was 6.45%,the difference was not significant(P>0.05).Conclusion:For the primary apnea of preterm neonates,caffeine citrate injection can achieve a better prognosis.The clinical symptoms and plasma β-EP,ET,NO levels are improved,and the adverse reactions are not increased.
