摘要
目的分析氯吡格雷联合低分子肝素治疗急性心肌梗死患者的效果及对心功能的影响。方法以该院2016年1月至2019年5月收治的118例急性心肌梗死患者为对象,按随机数字表法分为对照组与试验组,每组59例。对照组给予氯吡格雷治疗,试验组给予氯吡格雷联合低分子肝素治疗,对比2组的临床疗效、心功能及血流动力学指标。结果治疗后,试验组治疗总有效率为91.53%,高于对照组(74.58%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,试验组左心室后壁厚度、左心室舒张末期内径较对照组低,而左心室射血分数较对照组高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,试验组平均左心房室瓣压力差、左心房平均压及肺动脉平均压均较对照组低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论氯吡格雷联合低分子肝素有助于提升急性心肌梗死患者的临床疗效,并促使其心功能及血流动力学改善。
Objective To analyze the effect of clopidogrel combined with low molecular weight heparin in the treatment of patients with acute myocardial infarction and its influence on cardiac function.Methods Totally 118 patients with acute myocardial infarction in the hospital from January 2016 to May 2019 were randomly divided into control group and experimental group,59 cases in each group.The control group was treated with clopidogrel,and the experimental group was treated with clopidogrel combined with low molecular weight heparin.Results After treatment,the total effective rate of the experimental group was 91.53%,higher than that of the control group(74.58%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The left ventricular posterior wall thickness and left ventricular end diastolic diameter in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group,while the left ventricular ejection fraction was higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The mean left atrioventricular valve pressure difference,left atrial mean pressure and pulmonary artery mean pressure in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Clopidogrel combined with low molecular weight heparin can improve the clinical efficacy of patients with acute myocardial infarction,and promote the improvement of cardiac function and hemodynamics.
