沙库巴曲缬沙坦对慢性心力衰竭患者Gal-3和sST2的影响

Effect of sakubatrevalsartan on Gal-3 and sST2 in patients with chronic heart failure

目的分析沙库巴曲缬沙坦在慢性心力衰竭患者治疗中的应用价值。方法选择该院2018年10月至2019年6月收治的124例慢性心力衰竭患者为研究对象,随机分成对照组和观察组,每组62例。对照组给予基础治疗和缬沙坦治疗,观察组给予基础治疗和沙库巴曲缬沙坦治疗。观察2组患者治疗有效率、血清半乳糖凝集素3(Gal-3)、可溶性生长刺激表达基因2蛋白(sST2)水平、左心室射血分数、心输出量、生活质量等。在治疗过程中,观察2组的不良反应发生情况。结果治疗4周后,观察组总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组Gal-3、sST2水平均低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组左心室射血分数、心输出量均优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组生活质量优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论沙库巴曲缬沙坦用于慢性心力衰竭的治疗,可调节患者的Gal-3、sST2水平,改善心功能。

Objective To analyze the application value of sakubatrevalsartan in the treatment of chronic heart failure.Methods From October 2018 to June 2019,124 patients in the hospital with chronic heart failure were randomly divided into control group and observation group,62 cases in each group.The control group was given basic treatment and valsartan treatment,and the observation group was given basic treatment and sakubatrovalsartan treatment.The effective rate,serum galectin 3(Gal-3),soluble growth stimulating gene 2 protein(sST2),left ventricular ejection fraction,cardiac output and quality of life were observed.During the treatment,the adverse reactions of the two groups were observed.Results After 4 weeks of treatment,the total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05);the level of Gal-3 and sST2 in the observation group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05);the left ventricular ejection fraction and cardiac output of the observation group were better than that of the control group(P<0.05);the quality of life of the observation group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Sakubatrevalsartan can regulate the level of Gal-3 and sST2 in patients with chronic heart failure and improve the cardiac function.
