走向世界文学的国际比较文学中国学派

On the Chinese School of International Comparative Literature towards World Literature

1990年代外国文学研究界关注的两个热点对今天的比较文学与外国文学研究仍然具有重要意义:揭示"越是民族的越是世界的"这一"伪命题"背后的"真历史",可以厘清走向世界文学的国际比较文学中国学派的学术空间;借"外国文学研究方向与方法探讨"专题可以梳理我国比较文学与外国文学的发展并界定"三个阶段"的划分及其意义,明晰"第三阶段"中国比较文学的使命及其困境;由此可以进一步明晰民族文学、外国文学、比较文学、世界文学诸种概念之间的关系及它们在新时代面临的诸多挑战。在当今世界,国际比较文学的重心已经开始发散并呈现出鲜明的多元竞艳格局。作为一种方法/一门学科,当今全球—地方化的国际比较文学中国学派,必定会直面"世界文学难题",并在文化间性的游走中激发出有益于国际比较文学发展、真正有价值的问题意识与独特的研究方法。

This paper finds that the two heated topics in the foreign literature study of China in the1990 s significant to the current development of comparative literature and world literature,as embodied in the following two aspects:firstly,by revealing the"true history"behind the"false proposition"that"The pride of a nation is also the pride of the world",we can clarify the academic space of the Chinese School of international comparative literature that is moving towards the world literature;and secondly,by reviewing the research directions and methods of foreign literature study,we can sort out the development of comparative literature and foreign literature in China,by which to define the division and significance of the"three stages",and clarify the mission and dilemma of"the third stage"of comparative literature in China.Based on the above,we can further clarify the relationship among the concepts of national literature,foreign literature,comparative literature and world literature and identify the challenges they face in the new era.
