摘要
从结构和特性两方面分析批量生产制造无框蜂窝板材的可行性,简述了适用于无框蜂窝板材的五金连接件应用现状,对比传统板材加工工艺,并阐述无框蜂窝板件生产流程;提出应在遵循现有32 mm家具生产系统的前提下,运用模块化设计方法,对产品体系进行顶层设计,并推导出拼组产品模块尺寸的计算方法,以期使板式柜类家具的设计、生产达到低成本、短周期、高效率的要求,提高产品一次性安装成功率。
The feasibility of mass production and manufacturing of frameless honeycomb fiberboard was analyzed based on the structure and characteristics of frameless honeycomb panel,and the application status of existing hardware connectors suitable for frameless honeycomb panel was analyzed.Then compare the differences between the processing technology of the frameless honeycomb fiberboard and the traditional panel,expounded the production process of the frameless honeycomb fiberboard.In addition,it was suggested that on the premise of following the existing 32 mm furniture production system,the modular design method should be used to design the top level of the product system and derive the calculation method of modular size of the assembled product.Finally,the requirements of low cost,short cycle,high efficiency,and improvement of the one-time installation success rate of products could be realized by the design and production of panel cabinet furniture.
