This paper introduces professor GUAN Zun-hui’s academic thought and clinical application characteristics of meridian syndrome differentiation.Professor GUAN Zun-hui is good at picking points according to the physiological functions and pathological changes of different meridians and zang-fu organs and combining with symptoms.It emphasizes the importance of syndrome differentiation of meridians and collaterals in the etiology,pathogenesis,diagnosis and treatment of diseases.This papar analyzes typical cases and introduces the clinical experience of GUANs’meridian differentiation.
