摘要
随着20世纪左、右半结肠癌应区别对待观点的提出,"两种疾病论"开启了左、右半结肠癌差异性研究及肿瘤精准化治疗的新篇章。基于西医对结肠癌"两种疾病论"的认识,文章从中医整体观、气血观、阴阳观不同角度揭示左、右半结肠癌的差异性,并提出探讨与思考,以期为临床指导中医药辨治左、右半结肠癌拓宽思路。
Since the opinion that left and right colon cancer should be treated differently was put forward in the 20th century,the theory of‘two diseases’has opened a new chapter in the study of the difference between left and right colon cancer and the accurate treatment of them.Based on the understanding of‘two diseases’of colon cancer in western medicine,this paper reveals the differences between left and right colon cancer from different perspectives of holistic view of TCM,view of qi and blood,and view of yin and yang,then puts forward the discussion and thinking in order to guide clinical application of TCM in the treatment of left and right colon cancer.
