唐以前黄芪建中汤考

Study on Huangqi Jianzhong Decoction before Tang dynasty

摘要 通过对唐以前医籍中黄芪建中汤类方的初步考释,结合出土医药简帛与传世医学文献,可知汉唐称"中"者,非如宋之后仅指脾胃中气,实乃言一切胸腹中脏腑。"建中"为一种治法,而不拘于饴糖一药,当随具体病证施之。从魏晋至隋唐,黄芪建中汤逐渐减少饴糖而增量黄芪,或代以黄芪为君药,方名改称黄芪汤。宋之后内伤杂病中黄芪应用日广或发端于此。 Through the preliminary examination and interpretation of Huangqi Jianzhong Decoction in the medical books before the Tang dynasty,combined with the unearthed medical silk books and handed down medical literature,it is found that the‘Zhong’in Han and Tang dynasties is not simply referring to the‘middle qi’of the spleen and stomach after the Song dynasty,but actually the viscera in all the chest and abdomen.‘Jianzhong’is a kind of treatment,not limited to the drug of maltose,which should be applied according to specific syndrome and disease.From Wei and Jin dynasties to the Sui and Tang dynasties,Huangqi Jianzhong Decoction gradually reduced the dose of maltose and increased the dose of Huangqi,or replaced with the Huangqi as the monarch medicine,which was renamed Huangqi Decoction.After Song dynasty,the use of Huangqi in internal miscellaneous diseases was generalized or initiated here.
