摘要
"形精不足"与肿瘤恶病质的发生发展及临床表现若合一契,从"形""精"的生理病理解析"形精不足"的治疗法则,提出"形不足"是肿瘤恶病质产生的主要根源,久病体虚诱发正常之精亏虚,甚至离经形成痰浊、瘀毒等"垃圾阴精"进一步耗损人体气血津液是导致肿瘤恶病质进展的关键病机。基于《黄帝内经》中"形不足者温之以气,精不足者补之以味"理论提出扶阳挽精法治疗肿瘤恶病质,既应注意温气扶阳,固本为守;又需注意补味填精,挽精逐浊。
‘Deficiency of shape and essence’is highly similar to the occurrence,development and clinical manifestations of cancer cachexia.From the physiological and pathological analysis of‘shape’and‘essence’,‘deficiency of shape and essence’was proposed to be the main source of cancer cachexia.It is the key pathogenesis of cancer cachexia to induce the normal essence deficiency and even the formation of‘garbage yin essence’,such as phlegm,turbid,blood stasis and poison,to further deplete the body fluid.Based on the theory of‘weak physique requiring qi-tonifying therapy,essence deficiency requiring flavour-tonifying therapy’in Huangdi Neijing,this paper put forward the method of treating cancer cachexia by Fuyang Wanjing method,also needed to pay attention to fill flavor essence,save essence and dispelling turbidity.
