国医大师薛伯寿升降散与经方、时方合用临证撷菁

Clinical experience of TCM master XUE Bo-shou in the application of combination of Shengjiang Powder with classic and current prescriptions

薛伯寿教授学术上重视升降思想,善用升降散,尤擅将升降散不拘一格与经方、时方合用治疗外感热病与内伤疑难病。文章选取薛伯寿教授应用升降散与小柴胡汤、桑杏汤、银翘散、麻杏石甘汤、四妙勇安汤等辨证合方,治疗外感热病及疑难病例的验案,展示薛伯寿教授选方用药之轻灵、有效,值得临床借鉴。

Professor XUE Bo-shou has paid attention to the idea of ascending and descending in academic and the application of Shengjiang Powder in clinical.He is especially good at treating external fever and internal injury by combining Shengjiang Powder with classical and current prescriptions.This paper has recorded professor XUE Bo-shou’s clinical application of combining Xiaochaihu Decoction,Sangxing Decoction,Yinqiao Powder,Maxing Shigan Decoction and Simiao Yong’an Decoction with Shengjiang Powder in the treatment of exogenous fever and difficult and complicated cases,in order to show that professor XUE Bo-shou’s selection of prescriptions is light,effective and worthy of clinical reference.
