花宝金治疗放射治疗与化学治疗后鼻咽癌患者经验

Experience of HUA Bao-jin in treating nasopharyngeal carcinoma after radiotherapy and chemotherapy

花宝金教授从事肿瘤临床工作数十载,积累了大量治疗经验,文章收集并整理了花宝金教授治疗放射治疗与化学治疗(简称"放化疗")后鼻咽癌的处方及用药经验,从病因病机、治法治则等方面进行分析讨论,以期对临床治疗鼻咽癌提供参考。花宝金教授认为正虚是肿瘤发生的根本原因,加之放化疗作为"外邪"侵袭,导致人体邪盛正虚,造成热毒炽盛、肺胃阴虚、津液耗伤。因此治疗放化疗后鼻咽癌的临床思路重在益气扶正,养阴清热,兼顾调畅气机。花宝金教授在此治法基础上灵活用药,随证化裁,获得显著临床疗效。

Professor HUA Bao-jin has been engaged in tumor clinical work for decades and has accumulated a lot of treatment experience.This paper collects and sorts out professor HUA Bao-jin’s prescription and drug use experience in the treatment of nasopharyngeal carcinoma after radiotherapy and chemotherapy,and analyzes and discusses the etiology and pathogenesis,therapeutic method and therapeutic principle,in order to provide reference for the clinical treatment of nasopharyngeal carcinoma.Professor HUA Bao-jin consideres that deficiency was the root cause of tumor and the most important clinical thinking in treatment of nasopharyngeal carcinoma after radiotherapy,In addition,radiotherapy and chemotherapy as an invasion of‘exogenous pathogenic factors’,lead to asthenia healthy qi and sthenia pathogenic factors,resulting in toxic heat flourishing,lung-yin and stomach-yin deficiency,deficiency of body fluids.Therefore the most important clinical thinking in treatment of nasopharyngeal carcinoma after radiotherapy and chemotherapy was improvement of qi and strengthening the body,nourishing yin and clearing heat.Give consideration to the regulating activities of qi.Professor HUA Bao-jin used the medicine flexibly on the basis of these methods,along with the syndrome which had a significant clinical effect on nasopharyngeal cancer after radiotherapy and chemotherapy.
