益元通络法针刺治疗手足综合征的临床经验

Clinical experience of Yiyuan Tongluo method in treating hand-foot syndrome with acupuncture

手足综合征(HFS)是化学治疗药物引起的一种常见的不良事件,可能使患者进展到极度痛苦和衰弱的状态,导致严重的不适和功能受损,甚至影响抗肿瘤治疗的进一步进行。目前HFS的发病机制仍不明确,治疗手段尚有争议。根据中医对HFS的认识,结合临证体会,认为元气亏虚、瘀毒滞络贯穿于HFS病程的始终,益元通络法针刺治疗HFS,取穴整体、局部相配合,临床疗效较好,可以有效的减轻其症状,提高患者生活质量,为中医药治疗化学治疗药物引起的不良事件提供参考。
